By taking Prenatal Yoga with Michelle, pregnant women can safely work on strength, endurance, flexibility and balance while practicing breath, relaxation and practical birthing techniques.
We focus on releasing fears and anxieties surrounding pregnany and birth, and we learn to find the confidence within ourselves to birth our babies with courage, strength, power, and love.
