Continue your yoga practice, get back in shape, meet up with other new moms... all while bonding with your baby! This class caters to moms and babies six weeks through approximately 1-2 years old, although depending on their tempermant, some older children may be fine.
Nursing moms and crying babies are always welcome!
Please bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water and a small blanket for your baby.
